Terms of Use
Effective September 2026 · Updated October 2026 · Keep it short and honest
What this is
You play five short games. We turn how you play into a strengths-based report you can save. The scores are criterion-referenced (how you did on these tasks), not percentile ranks against other athletes. We do not claim clinical diagnosis, talent identification, or guaranteed future performance.
Who it is for
Athletes ages 13–22. Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian to read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy first, and confirm that with a checkbox on the start form. By starting the assessment you confirm you meet that age range and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
How we use what you provide
- Your name (and optional sport) go on the report header.
- Gameplay behavior (including Take the Pitch) is used to compute scores and improve the assessment over time.
- A short summary of each completed result is kept in your browser so you can see past results and compare a retest. It stays on your device, and you can clear it at any time. If you make a return code or results file to move it to another device, keep it private: anyone with it can read those results.
- Drill ideas and the 6-week plan in the report are suggestions for practice, not medical, training or coaching prescriptions. Ask a coach to adapt them.
- Individual results are never sold, and are not shared with recruiters, colleges, or anyone else without explicit written consent. Details on collection, retention, and deletion are in the Privacy Policy.
Your responsibility
Play fairly and for yourself. Do not use the report as the sole basis for roster, scholarship, or eligibility decisions. Share results with coaches or parents only as you choose.
Liability
The assessment and report are provided as-is for developmental feedback. CageWork Labs is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of these scores.
